Even after finally talking to a human, they sent the wrong information for the return. This ineptitude is beyond frustrating. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this level of service is unacceptable.

Customer: It's #123456789. And frankly, I'm at my wit's end. I spent $372 on these, and I just want a proper return or exchange initiated, with the correct information this time. I'm going to manually generate a new return label right now and send it to you via SMS, and also confirm it on this call. Customer: SMS? Make sure it's the right one.
