I was excited about a buy-one-get-one-free offer, but their website was so faulty it never applied the discount at checkout. When I reached out to fix their error, their "solution" was nonsensical. It left me feeling that this company is "Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional." This frustrating stance is what forced me to engage with their customer service, hoping for a simple and fair resolution to their mistake.
Customer: Hello, your website had a glitch and didn't apply the BOGO promotion to my order. I was charged for both pairs of glasses.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. Let me look up your order. Could you please provide the order number?
Customer: It's #58921. The glasses are fine, the prescription is correct. I just need a refund for the second pair as per the promotion you advertised.
