WARNING: A Customer Service Nightmare That Feels Like a Scam ðŸ˜
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this website. My experience was infuriating, and I want to save others the trouble. To put it plainly: Shop elsewhere. This is a terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get in touch with someone in India, they are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. It feels like you’re being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help is what forced me to call customer service, and that conversation is why I am writing this.
Customer: I need to resolve an issue with my glasses. Your automated system is useless and I've been trying for weeks. CS Rep: I can help you with that. Can you please provide your order number? Customer: It’s [Order Number]. I already explained the problem to another representative who was incredibly rude and just hung up on me. CS Rep: I see the notes here, and I apologize for your previous experience. Unfortunately, as per our policy, we cannot process this request. Customer: What policy? You sent me a defective product! This is unbelievable. It feels like a scam. Is there anyone else I can talk to to file a complaint? CS Rep: Sir, I am the only one you can speak with on this matter. There is nothing more I can do. Thank you for your call.
