⚠️ A Cautionary Tale: Wrong Order & Vanishing Customer Support
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was a complete disaster, and I feel it’s my duty to share it so others can be more cautious. After weeks of frustration, I can only describe my feelings this way: I got eyeglasses, Online and I’m disappointed for the following reasons. Nothing I ordered on their menu was provided in other words. I paid for blue tinting, no scratch lens, and bifocal. I sent them my current eye exam. When I went online to get more information about my glasses, it was like I never ordered them. I expected to see the menu I paid for on my account. There was nothing almost like after they sold me the glasses. They deleted me from the computer system. I emailed a few times. I’m very busy right now and I don’t have time to make phone calls on my lunch break to solve this issue. No response via email from customer support. Needless to say I’ll never buy from glasses USA again, it was easier but it’s not worth it. Take the extra time go to your local optometrist that way you can control if the glasses are wrong. Good luck! After my emails were ignored, I finally had to call.
