I’m writing this to warn others about my experience with GlassesUSA. At first, everything was great, but it all fell apart when the product defect surfaced. I paid an extra $48 for a Super Hydrophobic coating, and ironically, these lenses are nearly impossible to clean. I have 9 pairs of Zenni glasses and not a single one of them have this issue. Despite a supposed 365-day warranty, they only offered me a 50% store credit for what is clearly a manufacturing defect. My complete dissatisfaction with their policy and the inability to speak to a live person is what forced me into a frustrating chat with their support.
Customer: Hi, I'm having a serious issue with order #105180754. The premium Super Hydrophobic lenses are impossible to get clean. This has to be a defect in the coating.
