I recently ordered bifocals, providing my full, accurate prescription numbers. After waiting three weeks, what I received was completely worthless: glasses with a 3.0 on the bottom, but absolutely no focal point whatsoever on top – just completely opaque! It wasn't even the wrong prescription, it was just non-functional. To add insult to injury, I was told I had to print a shipping label, go to UPS, and then email confirmation before getting a refund, all during a time when I don't want to leave my house due to Covid. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because no one should have to deal with such a fraudulent product and an equally frustrating return process.
